That sounds good to me.
But, if that’s the case, we should be focusing on saying what we would like to see for X or Y, instead of complaining about what X or Y already received.

I mean, is it so wrong to voice things that bother you?
It’s not complaining it’s drawing comparisons which add validity to what we’re asking for. And given the HE community is known for “complaining and whining” you’d think you wouldn’t be so quick to label others as such when we’re used to hearing those labels and it ringing false so many times.
In other words we do not like those labels on us, so why use them?
Helfers such as yourself complained about not getting high elves in TBC. Why should no one speak their vexations while you and yours did so?
People who are fans of BE are in a unique position to complain.
They’re sharing their race with the alliance, and no one else has to do so. As such, they’re going to be annoyed that their version is inferior until things are made even. No other character race has to deal with such an issue.
In this particular case, I think it is because I’m seeing lots of people afraid to ask/talk about more things for Void Elves because other people are trying to make them feel guilty for doing so.
That’s pretty good. Definitely the right direction if they did want to give Velves a green eye option.
No one should feel guilty for asking for things.
But if you feel guilty because you do indeed want to receive more things before BEs and that bothers you, then that is a you problem imo. Because that’s all that my concern is and a few others sentiments that you’re addressing, BE players feel our customization for our fav race / where our main character race is, is lacking. And that’s a problem if they are already moving onto ARs after promising core races get the love and attention first.
Don’t ever feel guilty to ask for something.
Yeah but in this conversation that’s exactly what is happening there are hundreds of posts complaining about people asking for entropic embrace options.
If you request something for Blood Elves you’ve got a bunch of pro’s backing you up.
If you request anything on Alliance side then people start dogpiling.
Pros are also quick to dogpile antis, telling them their side’s views aren’t valid. Respect is a two way street.
That response is entirely the issue.
You want some Blood Elf stuff? No pushback.
You want some Alliance side stuff? Consider the feelings of the people who are upset that you want something.
And people were downplaying what’s been done for VEs too.
Calling BE player requests not valid, in fact weren’t you doing that with the Dark Ranger stuff like yesterday?
Saying we’ve got a lot and not realizing what we’re talking about.
Like if you like the jewelry so much would you want it in exchange for the themes you just received via the HE/BE normal skin tones to be given back? Or would you decline because the idea of a second theme is larger than jewelry options?
You don’t have to stop asking for what you’re asking for. Just don’t label all those who oppose you as spiteful trolls.
I’ve always lobbied for Dark Ranger stuff.
Pointing out disengenuous requests is a different thing.
But here you go again… “Void Elves already got so much.”
It’s ironic you’re oblivious to this.
For the record I am pro more things for VEs. I just take issue with the timeline / implementation schedule if BE customization is currently lacking and so many BE players are a bit down on it.
Is anyone going to note the irony here?
“I want this look and this race”
“But its on the Horde”
“You don’t matter”
Which has been the discussion in many cases, including cases such as yourself Callistus.
Well. These Void Elf customizations are either two years or fifteen years too late depending on how you look at it.
But the chronic fairness debates are just an attempt at gatekeeping.
Yeah you keep claiming that.
Yet I haven’t seen a single comment of yours in support.
Why is Dark Ranger requests disingenuous?
They have.
To your lack of comments of support for Dark Ranger themes while also claiming to be a huge Dark Ranger theme supporter and calling the request disingenuous and using your claims of support as some sort of validity for such a statement? Is that what you’re saying I am oblivious to? It’s been noted.
Once again. This is the issue.
You say you can request things, but are sympathizing with the people attacking people for requesting things. Meanwhile this same thing doesn’t happen to Blood Elf requests.
You can’t tell Archangel something isn’t occurring, or isn’t right and then immediately back up the other side for doing that exact thing.
Point out where antis are labelling all pros as spiteful trolls who only request High Elves to hurt them.
