Well if that’s the case VEs are assumed to have green. And yes BEs should keep golden but why shouldn’t they get something like purple too what have VEs given in exchange so far?
Their original eyes I guess are a bit silver white blue, those shouldn’t go BE.
Much of it comes off as a
“You didnt support what I want so you shouldnt get anything.”
Regardless, hopefully Blizzard will do something to make up the difference because if they don’t, it won’t be interpreted well in any sense. People don’t like the idea of giving up something and getting nothing in return from the other side or something so unique that it won’t be given up.

Arcane is becoming more and more purple in game. Play an arcane mage. You aren’t shooting a lot of blue stuff.
It’s practically more of a question of where blue is coming from these days.

In game visually, arcane has purple spells, even the mage mount is purple for arcane. Probably because frost is blue so it’d be strange to use it for arcane as well!

Well, to be perfectly honest Broflake, the skin colours aren’t really a “unique” to the Blood Elves in the game, as the Humans, Dwarves and Gnomes also have the same skin colours.
Only reason why Blizzard decided to import the skin colours from the Blood Elves, because both Void and Blood, are using the same model, so it is just easier to import the textures.
Same, I’ve never seen a pro be anti-Blood Elf customization.

To be honest, despite blood/void elf being the saturated chat of the month, I really think that they dropped the ball slightly on belves by not offering them some options more related to nature itself, in the face of the Farstriders, that by lore are more attuned to the woods than the city dwellers.
Not asking for leaves and vines, but stuff that is less opulent, like tattoos or a flower adorning the ear, or a more simple pendant.
Hopes for new passes in the alpha though!

Can we share hairstyles between most of the races, please?
Someone on Twitter did this Mockup of porting the Kul Tiran Female hairstyles onto female Humans and they said it took them less than a minute:

I think it’d be great if Night Elves and Nightborne shared hairstyles, Blood Elves and Void Elfs and Humans could also share hairstyles (A lot of hairstyles are already shared between Blood Elves and Humans), let the two Draenei races share hairstyles, etc.
More customization is never a bad thing IMO, and hairstryles are probably the least “racially owned” thing considering people of any race can do their hair however they want since it’s, you know, hair. Ponytails aren’t race specific, neither is long straight hair, etc.
I think a fair balance would be to keep the ones with “Acessories” (like the Blood Elf hairstyle with the crown, circlet, etc.) as race-specific since those accessories are often racially stylistic/symbolic. As for Void Elf hairstyles maybe just remove the void effect and give them to Blood Elfs?
This overall would double/triple most races hair options.
