It’s not just an eye color. You’re being given our entire race. Fine. You’ve wanted it badly for a long time.
A lot of Blood Elf players have wanted Druids for just as long.
Why is it okay to give the Alliance the thing they’ve wanted but it’s not okay to give the Blood Elf community something they’ve wanted just as badly? Our entire race has been stolen by the opposite faction and we get nothing in return.
A few skin colors too, yeah.

What did Alliance get in return for Horde, only Horde getting an upright posture on Orcs? Oh yes, nothing.
This, as I see it, is a delayed gift to go along with that. They are both additions to races, and they are both highly requested.
While it was very amusing to watch Alliance players beg and plead for High Elves, I will say congratulations. Have fun with your new customizations.
We want better hairstyles
I’m Super Happy for everyone that wanted this. But to me, they look too much like a Lazy “copy paste” Belf with “bad” Void Elf hair color / options. They still need to change the Bikini and underwear back to VE. LoL
Where are my Void Tattoos running through the body and cool new hair options / colors.(Something Voidish) Blizz needs to look at some of the Fan Art and give us something original. Of course I am happy to see more options. But I was hoping for them to “Knock it out of the Park” and give us something even better. Not a Copy paste, here is everyone happy now? Hopefully we’ll see more options soon.

The lack of decent hairstyles for male VE’s. Absolutely disgusting looking oily, never-showered messes is what the guys have now.
That’s such horse dongles. Maybe if they spent more time fixing up other races instead of spending time focusing on belf’s and velf’s maybe people would play the other races? Nope.
Honestly blizzard doesn’t seem to like goblins. Our racial mount was a static object for years and only recently got an idle animations but locks up solid when you move around so they half heartedly worked on our mount.
Our rework was half-a**ed honestly. There is a small seam on the chin for some of the female options.
Our “heritage” armor was just some goblins project to sell “power” armor and cause it broke hes like “It’s junk so keep it” So yea kinda points out we are a throw away race.
Blizz seems to hate goblins and only reluctantly do anything for us.
I was referring to blood elfs since velfs are now carbon copies of blood elfs.
Bloodelf botanists? That actually sounds really good.
What I legitimately don’t get is why Blizzard seems to do a lot of standing their ground on some sort of issue like this, and then cave to it eventually anyways.

Wait what? Dark skinned blood elves? But…that goes against basic thematic consistency. Night elves are night and moon themed, and have dark skin, blood elves are day and sun themed, and have light skin. That’s always been a thing!
