I dunno why people are still arguing with him. Best thing to do is just don’t reply to him. We’re getting our High Elves, we should be celebrating. Not arguing with someone who doesn’t like what we’re given.

Even if Blizz came out and said, “This is how we’re delivering playable High Elves so that we don’t have to fill the character creation screen with duplicate race slots.” they’d find something.
But I don’t really see any reasoning behind it at this point other than being antagonistic.
If you’re a blue eyed, fair haired, fair skinned Elf playing on Alliance… the faction that’s got the High Elves… what’s the point over arguing over the title “High Elf”?
and if the lore is gonna be, “Alleria’s High Elves joined her.” then…
you’re still playing a High Elf if you’re playing a Void Elf.
Doesn’t mean we won’t continue to ask for more. But at that point what’s the reasoning behind arguing on the internet about it?
As far as Void Elves go, I’m not sure. What do you do with a race of elves where their whole thing is that they’re half corrupted by the tentacle magic sphere?
Especially since their whole thing is that were basically just Blood Mages and were researching more power.
So maybe we’ll see the Alleria route.

no its more like allow for blizzard to let the void elves play a role in future content…
and not let the high elf basicness limit their possibilities to do so.
We got human skin color which is awesome!
But if everything they add to the void elves is for the high elves that would suck.
You can play your blonde hair high elf… you just have to accept the fact that you are a horde race. i’m sorry you have to hang with trolls an goblins… but that is the history of blonde hair blue eyed elves.
you can play exactly the race you want. you can live in silvermoon… you can be all the high elf you want to be… ON THE HORDE.
Leave the void elves alone…

Click on your portrait (top right of the screen), click on the cog. Go to “Preferences”. Then Notifications > Users, and add them to your Ignore list.
It’s somewhat buggy and only temporary, but good enough.
(Query): What if I don’t want to live in Silvermoon? What if I want to wear the Silver Covenant Tabard? In other words, what if I want to be an actual High Elf?

Yeah, it’s kinda hard to find, especially for the people who hide their profile because they know they engage in active troll behavior

Go to your profile and under account and users, just type in all of Bro’s alts he hops around, just to be safe. 
I’ll take what I can get when I’m dealing with some creeps. especially when they’re like, “You didn’t respond to my list of ad-hominem attacks or the fact that I’m continually changing the subject because I can’t argue my point! So I’m winning!”
Besides, I don’t really have the time to be super active on the forums. Really just kicking around now because of pre-patch stuff and skins announcements.

You don’t even know the lore of the game to make a lore argument. And considering there is very little to no lore of Void Elves, your argument is invalid.
You’re right. We should have Blonde, Red, Brown, Black, and along of all shades.
I’ll put it this way, it is pretty clear on what Blizzards plan is. Instead of continuing on with adding allied races that are just using the same model as there parent races, they are giving everyone these options to push forward for people to play what they like. Whether they want to be a High Elf or a Void Elf on Alliance, that is not up to you. As Byucknah has said in this thread:
If you’re unhappy with the game moving forward, Classic WoW is still there.

And they had their chance for not only 2 years, but in also an old god riddled expansion, it’s obvious Blizzard doesn’t seem to vibe with their thin niche in the Void just yet, and “waiting for their chance” is a lazy way of saying, “they’re not and have never been relevant”
The sad part is the “Void” avenue could of and should of been explored through Alleria and Locus walker alone and not have roped in the High Elf request.

I dont mind you rp with the tools you are giving but asking them to expand the race just based on high elves… is poo.
