Same, I don’t even care about helf stuff on my belf.
I don’t care if they are a skin for Blood Elf, a skin for Forsaken, an Allied Race, or a new class. I just want my hunter to look like a Dark Ranger.

I’m probably wrong… but something tells me that Blizzard aren’t just simply, like, flipping a switch to give Void Elves the new skin options.

If you look at that image, you’ll see that the textures are actually kind of different. Void Elves seem to have more muscles popping, they have different chests and their veins are much more apparent. I think Blizzard might be recolouring the current Void Elf skin tones.
Probably wrong tho.
Too much work for too little gain, and risking complains, I don’t think they’ll recolor the skins.
Take this with a grain of salt. DON’T jump into conclusions!

Is that even a hair colour the Blood Elves have? It doesn’t look like any of theirs.
It’s one of the new colors they get in Shadowlands.

Seems adding these eyes to her caused a bug with the NPCs all having purple eyes according to the helf discord.
