New corruption effects & RNG datamined in 8.3

N’Zoth’s maddening influence has spread across Azeroth in the upcoming Patch 8.3: Visions of N’Zoth. Here are a few new Corruption effects and general updates to look forward to:

• Using a flight taxi in a zone under Titan Assault now has a chance to take you to a different destination, in the opposite direction from where you wanted to go.

• When repairing, there is now a chance to pay double the usual cost, without notification. Be sure to check your gold amount before and after each repair.

•When inside of a Horrific Vision, PvP vendors have a chance to appear, selling item level 485 PvP gear, in areas accessible only by flying mount.

•Flying mounts have now been disabled inside Horrific Visions.

•Your weekly M+ cache now has a chance to drop Soft Foam Sword. This item can Titanforge.

•When cleansing a Corrupted item using Titanic Purification, there is a chance your item will instead be disenchanted into Gloom Dust.

•After winning an arena match, your rating has a chance to revert to your best arena rating from a random earlier expansion. If your account was inactive at any time during that expansion, your rating will be set to 500.

•Unlocked rank 3 Essences have now been made available account-wide. Other characters on your account will require rank 4 to unlock them.

•When using Moonfire against enemy Paladins in an arena, Guardian Druids now have a chance to gain Divine Shield for 15 minutes. The enemy Paladin gains Forbearance for the same duration.

•When picking Anchor Weed, War Mode has a chance to randomly activate. If War Mode is already active, you have a chance to immediately receive a bounty.

•When entering a Random Battleground, there is now a chance that you will instead enter the new PvP Warfront.

•New Allied Race Death Knights have a chance to start at level 55.

•The trinket Lingering Sporepods has been removed. It has been replaced by Protracted Sporepods, with the same effect.

•When wearing corrupted items, scaling in PvP has a chance to activate at 500% effectiveness for 60 minutes. We have hired an artist to illustrate what this might look like. The illustration will be ready to share as part of patch 9.0.

I think literally everything you named off makes it more annoying and will probably hurt Wow even more in the long run.

It sounds fun or new to experience to some degree, but I imagine that all of that will make people quit after a while.

Are these real or is this a joke?
