do we really need more allied races? actually what we want is more classes.

I would love to see another Class but I understand it is a lot of work. Not just the design but then balancing it against the already 13 other classes in the game.

But you know right, there are always those people who treat the game as a job and obsessed with numbers, saying that " we don’t need more classes" and “is hard to balance”…
This is a video game, stop caring about balance. More classes = more ways to have fun smashing the enemies.

other mmo´s have a lot of classes. so i think the dev team can explore more options
Classes only add costs to the game.
Profits come from easy stuff like allied races and real money shop to buy furniture for housing.
This game is not made for you to have fun, it’s made to make money.

Yes. Still have to double-dip in a few races to have every class as an elf.
Plus my DK has to be a half elf (Shudders).
It’s unacceptable, we need more elf races.
We’re probably going to get more new specs rather than classes. At least that’s what it sounded like in an interview with Ion.

Whos got more classes than wow? FF kinda does, but wow has specs so realistically wow wins.

If thats the case i think gw2 might win out?
Wow got 13 classes 3 specs each
Gw2 has 9 classes with 3 specs starter and a added 4 elite specs for each class
So 13Ă—3= 39 for WoW
And 9x7= 63
They wherent ahead for a while but adding a new spec for each race in almost every expac and having new weapon options open really put them ahead

How many character slots can you have on one server? like 153?
You have 24 races to choose from and only 13 classes.
Math, math, math
Options are limited.
Heavily limited in terms of classes compared to racial options.
All of this argument is based 100% around the idea I like the idea of more classes.

Got a long list of AR’s I want… won’t bore you with the details here though my two most wanted Horde and Alliance races are Ogres with Furbolgs and Saurok with Jinyu.
But for new Classes? I want Necromancer, Tinkerer and Bard these days. I’ll also take a Spellblade.
