Agree with a lot of this. Not so much the last part. But Both Resto and Balance druids can cast the fastest clones I have ever seen. Having off GCD for that would be really great. Also the number of time Hoj goes out the milisecond before I ground is very high haha. But I also dont run a lot of haste, so thats a factor as well.
