Agreed. Seems a lot of people that have responded to this thread view a tinker class being synonymous with Engineering and both being about comic relief or sillyness.
I didn’t suggest bor wouldn’t want the Tinker class to be something silly or comical.
I was thinking more akin to a machine of war that is all about battle.
People disagreeing that Tinker is a good idea isn’t trolling.

Yeah for sure. I don’t like the Tinker name much anyways but it’s the one I’ve heard floating around the forums.
Machinist, Mechanist, Mechanic, Clockwork, Technomancer, etc.
I’m sure there are plenty of cooler names.
Just so long as the race options are Goblin and Gnome only. Tired of seeing these lame elves and orcs everywhere. Or the ultimate person with the personality of a board, people that play humans.
