Oh! I didn’t think about that one. I know the name, Demon Hunter has been used other places, but I don’t think they’ve existed gameplay wise somewhere else. I could be completely wrong though.

While I like the idea well enough, all I think of for a Revenant is they are the scariest type of ghost in Phasmophobia and I wish them to stay far away from me.

Revenant is nothing of the sort, it is unique to Guild Wars 2.

The revenant doesnt come back from the dead…it channels the power of elite dead spirits into itself. The Revenant has no long history generic in the fantasy genre.
It is not a warrior, wizard, paladin, ranger, ect. These roles go back hundreds of years in countless tales. Asking for the Revenant is blatantly stealing a unique class from a current game because the OP has no imagination or creativity of their own.
