Now that we’ve got from jumping the last shark and people are wearing actual six shooters, it’s time to make them usable and add the class we’ve all been wanting, the gunslinger.
Specializations Include:
Lawman - DPS - A force for justice in a lawless Azeroth, you specialize in long guns, branding enemies, and clapping them in irons. You can use a noose to asphyxiate enemies. Your major CD is “summon your posse” which brings in the marshal’s men to gun down your foes.
Cowboy - Tank - You’re a mounted hired hand, ready to lasso mobs, and shoot straight from the saddle. You build thread through the herding effect, and then cause massive AoE damage with stampede. Manage your health with bacon and beans.
Desperado - DPS - You’re a lonely killer. You specialize in quickdraw gunfights, and then close in to fight with your knife. You aren’t afraid to fight dirty with dynamite, and you can slip into the shadows with your neckerchief to set up huge crits. Increase your change to hit with chewing tabbaco and heal yourself with Kentucky whiskey.
grappling hook to lasso for a slow cc or hell like DK grip.….there is always a compromise lol.
Or….make pirate be pirate. On the side visit of late there ain’t no fun here. lock pick, not needed. Pickpocket….why? really. when a I fresh started a rogue on Anniv DS pickpocket is part of the money making. mob on death 5 silver. Pickpocket also 5 silver. When a poor fresh start, money is money lol.
Hell in classic I’ve seen rogues really tick off people, pickpocket dudes in pvp
Sure. Would be a better addition than bards, at least. I also appreciate that you came up with two DPS specs instead of trying to shoehorn a healing spec in.
I had the same idea on a sort of “field commander” class, only with a phalanx of riflemen.
