New class balance team please

The game is actually pretty balanced. A game like wow can never be perfectly balanced. Not even a god could make it perfectly balanced without stripping away so much from the game. Let alone the dev team. FFXIV has might “Better” balanace but look at the classes in that game. Look at the endgame. The rotations. No builds, no variety. Very little utility.

Striving towards balance is a good goal but it’s an unobtainable one.

There are good changes, bad changes, etc but I don’t think this game is an unbalanced mess. You can do pretty much all meaningful content on any spec.

If you think of balance as pure raw performance and that’s it, then yeah sure.

But utility isn’t balanced and for a while neither were class buffs. You still have weird balance between healer damage and mana usage and dispels.

Enhance still gaps everyone. Healers are unkillable in PVP. Disc does laughable raid healing. Etc.

Also, some people can’t comprehend this concept, but there is no balance between specs that are hard to play and ones that aren’t.

A spec can do horrible damage and be hard to play while the spec over here like Ret Pally is pretty simple and just destroys. Why does this exist? Where is the effort/reward ratio?
