A few times players have discussed possible new classes or races in trade chat, most suggestions as for classes are already in play . For example enchanter already have priest or arcane mage etc. Necromancer we have unholy dk. What i would love to see is a Mech race ! Brought on by AI revolt against gnomes or whoever. A new race that is mechanical and give it a class like druids, with 4 specs. Healer ,tank melee and ranged. The shape of the different types could be interesting especially flying around as a helicopter or underwater as a submarine.
A hi-tech class is just about the only major “theme/fantasy” that I feel is missing from the class choices, Hunters are the closest choice and even so really only use effectively black powder technology at best and are more of a pet or beast master type of theme
It’s also kind of weird to add on top that WoW has shown so much technology in almost every aspect of the game except the player’s class choice too

Well, there’s Earthen revolting against the abandoned Titan’s rule. Think they were almost druids with those Freysworn. 
Yeah I find this pretty wierd too. Its everywhere in the game world, except as a class option.
Of course a few goobers will say all you have to do is take the engineering profession, as if that somehow changes your character thematically or gives them new rotational combat skills.
So, a Tinker, is what you would like to see.

I just want to play as a Tauren that’s the size of a dwarf and name it the smurfallow race the key class they bring is warrior that has enough mage skill to put up a flaming aura. lol.
Whatever it is I think we can all agree at this point we want something serious, more ‘adult’ themed, perhaps ‘darker in tone’ than what we have gotten for a long while now. I am saying this as a Vulpera player.
The player-base is really wanting something cool to come to wow again, like the good ol’ days. Here’s hoping blizz pulls out something awesome!
