Felt like the vanilla cinematic, just expounding upon that general sense of wonderment.
Felt like Avatar to me.
Not a bad thing! That movie was a visual spectacle.
Troll + Dwarf friendship makes me think they’re pushing Horde v Alliance to the background
Always fun to see them use some different races in their cinematics.
Which is great. Friendships between individuals shouldn’t be banned because of their archaic faction system.
I’m not watching the stream so thanks for posting. That was a pretty cool WoW video.
I honestly thought it was a pretty terrible cinematic, it does a pretty terrible job of setting us up for DF imo, and what even happened in it one second they are being chased by the big bad and the next they just escape? Big letdown imo and I hope it’s not a sign of effort put into the actual expansion.
I enjoyed it I liked the scene where they were riding at the end and Alexstraza flew up to them. The people working on this did a great job. I look forward to Dragonflight and the adventures that are ahead of us. I get there’s a lot of hype right now but I truly believe that the development team has what it takes to put World of Warcraft on a whole other level.
I look forward to seeing yall around during the events!
Oh, and FOR THE ALLIANCE!
Legend of the Alliance
I loved that about the trailer. Factions being friendly with each other, and that part with Alexstrasza was dope. Like looking at a whale’s eye when you’re right beside it.
I have to agree, this was my first thought too.
I still enjoyed it though, that dwarf was super super cute!
Starting to get little more hyped for this expansion, which happens every time as it gets closer to release.
Stunning graphics, and that dwarf … I would totally play a dwarf if he looked like that.
*Edit she? Either way, really really cute, male or female.
I hope you never lose your sense of wonder.
I hope you dance!
Eh, it was a return to form to cinematics as a hype reel, rather than a dour character study (as much as I enjoyed the Saurfang cinematics).
Zero edge. Just big, dumb fun. That’s exactly the premise I had been using to pitch using dragons as a base for a class/expansion for years.
…Lmao what do you expect? It teased the first big boss, the awesome landscape, and the big new expansion feature. It wasn’t meant to be a major lore cinematic
That was fun.
I liked the zandalari and the dwarf had their faction colored dragons, nice touch. Very nice use of dragonflying and what not.
We’ve had enough edge. That’s why Mists is coveted. It was a laid back premise.
I was expecting something more than a lame 2 min dragon riding video.
It is not fun at all I’m getting a refund!
Also, the titans are evil!
Good animation
Highlights cool new boss
Highlights new race/class
Awesome landscape
Tuskar
Yes, very bad. No effort was made!
The quality was good, I’m just saying I expected something a little more than the meh trailer we got.
