New BM here :)! I wanted to discuss leveling pets from ~10-65. Unfortunately, we may not tame exotic and spiritual pets till 65 so what families and abilities should I be looking for. I am open to any and all pet families (Ferocity, Tenacity, and Cunning).
Some pet’s I’ve seen suggested: Raptor (PVP), Lizard (Tank PVP), and Bat (PVE). Please advise :)!

As you’re leveling, just grab any ferocity pet you want. Which one honestly doesn’t matter.l
get a pet easy to see, but not so huge as to block your view, or others view. i play MM, so in theory i have a simple pet. horse apples. i play my pet. theres 3 groups, as you know. i use ferocity, mainly for the leech buff. also, my pet has a slow, (Furious Bite). This ability can be found in different forms amongst the hunter pets. My pet is not a tank, but he CAN tank, i have to watch his health more closely than when i ran with my pig. My pig, who got too smart to be a tank… moved on to the intelligent group. I ran with that pig for 5 years… sonsabeetches… some ferocity pets, like carrion birds can inflict necrotic wounds, a heals debuff. one more thing, you might want to consider the pets ambient noise level. listening to a big birds wings ALL the time can get old… or squeal of a battle-maddened pig, some don’t care for it, imagine that… luck to you.
Clefthooves are good, too. There are some in Nagrand, and probably other places. wow-petopia is your friend with this one.
If you pvp get the biggest most annoying thing you can find. Bats work well for that and they are noisy, it’s fun to make other players rage cause they xant see anything.
