"New Beginnings" starting quest location?

Like I finished up 6/7 on the story last week and killed Fyrakk and when it didn’t pop up thought “oh maybe I have to wait till next reset after killing Fyrakk” but seems not quest is still nowhere to be found.

Like is it somewhere other then the Emerald Dream or like what’s the story here anyone know?

It starts outside the raid entrance. You should see the location on your map in Emerald Dream. It will show up with the main quest icon on the map.

You will probably need to turn in the kill Fyrakk quest before it shows up

it showed up for me before i killed that last raid boss
