Not gonna lie, I’m kinda trigged. 1.5 hour queue for some? Blizzar- Activision*, please, help us.

A single 60 minute queue for a proper match is still better than 3+ 45min queues in a row that end in 6 minutes. Queue times went up, but so did the quality of matches. I am not seeing a problem.

They wouldn’t be. We have them in retail and horde queues still really long. We also have Merc mode which allows Horde to fight against Horde. But most people dont use that either.

Zug Zugs just wanna Zug.

Battlegrounds should randomize factions by default. The players shouldn’t get a choice.

Would be about the only thing that would work.

Would probably make me not queue though cause I dont wanna be anything other than a gnome.

There are soo many alliance AFK in the cave now I can’t report them all quick enough… You remove one to find a new one aFK in the cave.

Great job blizzard in improving the quality of game play.

Saw this post when queues went from 13 to 20, then again from 20-30, again from 30-45, now from 45 to 1/1.5 hr.

“This is fine.”

That’s not what I mean. The matchmaker should place people against eachother at random. For example in Alteric Valley it finds 80 people and puts them on both sides at random.

Gotcha. So it just ignores faction and puts people on teams. Yeah I floated that idea a few days ago too in another thread. Bout the only way Blizz could realistically minimize queue times.

I’ve been averaging 2,500 honor in ~20 minute AVs after a four minute queue. Which is ~2,000 more honor than I’ve been getting the last two weeks.

HKs are harder to come by, Hordies are sticking to their death ball, collecting HKs on their way to Vann. (I died a lot.)

Raid chat is super-salty, I had multiple people demand I be reported AFK when I asked for the location of the best fishing spot.

Hey, this would help to dispel the ridiculous ongoing myth that there is some fundamental difference in the physiology of the people behind the keyboards of either faction. But Horde and Alliance working together from a lore perspective is a no-no. They’d have to morph races like merc mode in retail.

This is the most interesting suggestion. It would be worth a go. If not in Classic, then the current rendition.

Something needs to be done about the leeches and bots.

Does that morph the racials as well? Never played merc mode.

WSG queue times will go back up for Horde after Allies work out its not worth doing, due to all the Horde premades.

That wouldn’t have worked. It’s easy to cheese. Just make a few alliance alts and then your horde main. And on pvp servers have some retail friends make alliance characters and never play them, or make a bunch of alts on other servers so people can roll horde.

Does premade dodging work in classic? I know it was a thing on PServers. You had one guy take the queue and determine whether it’s a premade or pug, if it’s a pug the groups takes, if it’s a premade the single player eats the debuff and the group requeues.

It was ~25 minutes last week. If it stays at any point below that then it is still a net win.

Edit: And if all of the Alliance skip out on WSG and go back to AV, then the AV queues go down.
