I love the idea of a buff class but I worry while in groups people will see my DPS and boot me. Is this a problem for people?
98% of people that will care, already have details installed which gives a better (but not perfect) idea of what the aug is actually contributing, and even then most people understand it’s actually considerably more.
Aug isn’t half as bad as meters would make it seem, but overall it’s not great anyways.
So to answer your question most people won’t care, and those that do - aren’t pugging anyways.

was like that at the start. people should know that aug is about buffing group damage than personal damage. if they boot you, they’re uninformed.
Honestly I like the fact that Aug is better than meters let on on the surface. If you have a group that doesn’t understand that personal Dps is only a part of Aug’s kit its probably not group worth worrying about. The only time i see to switch out is if there is another Aug in the group, then ill switch to Dev if the other person doesn’t volunteer.
