Blizzard, I’d like to make a suggestion: the implementation of new arrows for Phase 7. Unfortunately, the best arrow has to be farmed in the LBRS dungeon, which is an excessive and exhausting task. It would be great to implement new arrows for the final phase of SoD (Naxx) that could be purchased directly from an NPC to improve the Hunter’s quality of life.
Another thing, having to craft Thorium Shells and then exchange everything at the NPC is awful and unnecessary. If you implement the new arrows, please make them available directly at the NPC!
Thank you.

this kidna soudns broken for pvp seeing as how hunters already 4 shot most classes. But this does sound like a heck of a hassle. I dont play hunter so my opinion really isnt worth much but definitley sounds like a good quality of life update.
Not having to perma farm crowd pummlers for us ferals is REALLY REALLY nice and I DONT wish that fate on any other class

Ammo was such an underused system in classic, so sad that SOD came and went without anything to speak of… In fact, I think if they did something with quivers that could be another cool way to experiment, like if hunters had a quiver that made their ammo into frost ammo, they could help with viscidus.

Yea and this sentiment is why a fraction of the players still play SoD

Icy arrows, Fire Arrows, Vemon Arrows… It’ll be nice.
So long as it’s made by Engineers, I’m all for more (and better) ammo.
Though…I do NOT want said ammo recipes to be raid exclusives. Make them either earned from dungeons or from rep grinds that also do no require raiding.

Crafting it with engineering suck, we have to buy it from the NPC instead. Another suggestion would be to add an extra bag for hunters to match other classes and move the quiver/ammo pouch to a separate slot.
I prefer player-created markets. So I will always lean in the direction that items should be crafted by players for [other] players to use; yes, that would include Tier sets (whoooole other topic).
One thing that could be done; possibly, is to try and make the ‘ammo’ a piece of “gear”. So you’d equip, say, [the gear piece] Fire Arrows and now your ranged damage does a component of fire damage (ie +9-14 Fire Damage on item tooltip). Then bake in the haste that ammo bags give into the Hunter class, like they did for TBC (??).
Would be pretty cool (incoming pun!) for fights like Viscidus. Swap to your Ice Arrows and pop Rapid Fire. Could even make fights have vulnerabilities like the Dragonkin mobs in BWL. That if you, the hunter (only), exploit those vulnerabilities the mob gets a hinderance (ie vul. to Frost, when triggered slows their attacks).
Basically, really lean into the fantasy of Hunters being expert ‘hunters’ and able to exploit weaknesses in their prey. - Most Blizzard has done was ‘Tranq Shot’.

I always thought blizz kinda lost out on such a cool opportunity for hunters.
Cooking Could have branched off into a sub category with specific foods that change how your pet interacts with the world. Maybe random buffs (not to dmg) but in other ways. Ideas are welcome.
Ammunition: I was surprised hunters never got an ammunition type crafting ability (Think like rogues with poisons). Where you could craft different arrows. Perhapse they aren’t a dmg increase at max level, but you could add poisons that react different ways with enemies / players, ice ammo that has a slight slow (only in PVE), fire ammunition that has a slight exploding factor.
There could have been soo many fun and interesting things that don’t have to change dmg (if much at all).
