Is it just me or does the new story just feel like cringe propaganda. I know WoW has been in decline since mop and the bar is low for content but this just felt like straight up escapist political copium from california lol.

this is the exact reason noone cares about any of the new characters or story. it is all uninspired political copium. These devs dont seem to understand that world of warcraft isnt their political platform.
