The leatherback turtle is the largest sea turtle currently alive on earth. It would swim at the speed of the fastest sea mounts. It would be green and designed like the real animal but with a saddle.

I tried riding one in Cataclysm. Alas it was slow and got eaten by a shark.
(Well, it might have been an oversized loggerhead rather than a leatherback - my memory is a bit fuzzy)
