NEW Alienware Aurora R8 runs wow poorly

I bought a new Aurora R8 in Dec and it runs WoW poorly. Been working with TS for about a week now and everything we have tried as failed to improve my computers performance. Very slow to load, and even with consistent 100 fps and pings to world and home under 25ms and ONLY 1 single addon Champion Commander, loading I get fairly consistent stutter step and even occasionally while flying and several very short full stop motion stops, so short but so aggravating

this machine is win 10 pro, i9-9900k, 32Mg, Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti / 11GDDR6 installed on the data disc 7200 rpm and a 1650 killer nic card on a 300Mbit cable line, I have had Dell run complete diags on system and video and I am at a loss I sent in my DXDiag and msinfo files. basically, nothing else has been installed other than office 2007 for my outlook. I have 2 desktops, a laptop, a tablet and a smart TV sharing the cable
Any thoughts ?

Why is this kind of spec still running on hdd? It should be ssd…i think the weakest link is the hdd

Yeah the very slow load times are because its on an HDD, probably the stuttering also.

Check the windows task manager (CTRL + SHIFT + DEL) if the game is using the integrated card or the RTX 2080.

yep, my bad for installing on HHD rather than my SSD, am going to uninstall and reinstall, thanks for the input
