Can you fix the new account trade ban that isn’t supposed to affect hc? Thanks

Why would you think its not supposed to effect HC? It’s my understanding it impacts all Classic ERA servers including the new Fresh servers. Also bots are a huge issue on HC, so with it being a supposed deterrent for bots, it makes sense to be on HC, based on that justification.
