Bro I literally spent my Classic time as Alliance in a guild named Entitled.
We had sub-1hr clears on everything except Naxx, several Scarab Lords, and all the r14 guys we wanted before we even allowed anyone else on the server to have a spot. Also all the world dragons we wanted, too. 
It was actually a fun time. You should try it at the top of the food chain. 
Pretty much every solution to be had involves Blizzard stepping in and fixing the problem, and even then it may not work. Transfers wonât work until WoTLK, private servers already attempted giving bonuses for PvPing as alliance, and I doubt blizzard will disable racials entirely to remove the incentive to play horde. There really isnât a good solution to the problem that doesnât involve drastically changing the game into an alliance paradise.
Since blizzard is unlikely to do anything thatâll cause horde players to quit in droves, the only thing we can do is flame one another until blizzard attempts something long after everyone has quit (which probably wonât actually fix the faction imbalance anyway).
Are you suggesting that choosing a faction has consequences? I concur, enjoy your queue
