I refuse to do it.
Did it for the mount. Won’t do it daily. It’s not fun, it’s not engaging, feels really pointless.

For one thing, even though he’s in the other zone, you have to deal with him if you want to complete the Mecha-done meta achievement to get the wheel mount. Blizz was that proud of their obnoxious fishy creation.

It was CLEARLY designed to be done repeatedly. I, like many other people I’m sure, did it once to get the mount and am not bothering with it again. But when I see an announcement on wowhead that I could get 150 exp for all 3 followers, I’m sad. Because it’s bad content. So I came here.
Maybe I’ll get the addon that completely works around the “game” of it, but that kinda reinforces my point.

Yup this helps a lot. All the information was on wowhead already but it’s condensed nicely so you don’t have to look through the comments 
Eh I thought it was different. I used WoWHead to figure out what to purchase, but it felt like something murlocs would do and offer players.

I agree. While i don’t find it tedious, i do find it unnecessary and boring. Something like this made sense in a secret type of way (the hive mind red monocle), but it’s not terribly interesting day to day.

Man, it pains me to know that. Is it due to the black market quests?
And most of the stuff isn’t worth the gold. The mount is, maybe the body guard rep items are, but that’s it.
Oh - it spawns the merloc selling the taco does it?
Anyways on topic - I did it once for the mount, can’t be bothered to waste time doing it for anything else.
That’s easy to do… shard hop until you find him. Takes minutes.
