This item as well as hyperthread bracers and the like need to be added to dinar list. Gatekeeping a myth track Neural Synapse in a black hole luck of great vault is pretty bad. Very few will get it, use it, and next season or rounds of ilvl gear will beat it out. Dinars are bad luck protection are they not? That staff needs to be added to the list, no exception. Considering it’s purely on great vault loot luck alone.
