Network Issues

so past couple days i’ve been experienceing some performance issues with my connection to the wow world servers, ive been having intermitten times where i would use an ability and it would take almost a second to 5 second delay before the game would respond to the instruction.

I was trying to thumb throug some guides ive found but most of them are old or for MacOS, so I am hoping i can get some help analyzing the network data, or even how i can get said data to see if its something on my computer or router, or something that my ISP will have to handle.

my average ping for both home and world used to be around 30ms to 50ms but now its averaging 200ms to 500ms

Unfortunately, Blizzard retired their WinMTR troubleshooting documentation that included the server IPs. They are no longer publicly posted information.
