ive done the questline and have begun doing the dragonmaw quests on the netherwing ledge however i have no netherwing rep bar at all and even WoW armory doesnt see it are the quests bugged?

Seems to be a issue with Dracthyr, there have been other posts, make sure to report it in the bug section.
