Reputation with Netherwing is still bug since i never got the rep from all the quests in the zone. It’s been like that since the pre-patch launch of The War Within and never been resolved for me. I did race change and i was human before on this character. I’ve seen threads on the forums that for some people it was fix. I don’t know due to me race changing at that time caused any issues but it’s been months and months. You need it to complete the Loremaster Achievement. I did check everything to make sure i wasn’t missing anything including running scripts to see if every quest was completed. It’s been stuck at 2432/3000. I know it’s related to the human racial changes since it’s when it started happening to some people.
