I try to loot a netherwing egg and it opens, I see the egg item inside, but I cannot pick it up.
Disabled all my addons, restarted the game, still no change in this behavior.

Same thing has been happening to me. I loot Netherwing egg and the UI crashes and has to be reloaded. Afterward the egg will say no loot, or already being used. My party member has had no such issues, and usually loots the same egg and gets the item
my girlfriend is having the same issue, the eggs come up in the loot window but when she clicks on them she cannot loot them but then with my character the same egg works perfectly fine.
