I achieved the requirements Long ago.
My Warlock is 63 and I still cannot get mor’zul bloodbringer to talk to me.
Looked on Wowhead and it does not say much for current patch.
Google searches point me to the same wowhead guide.

So doing a quick look on my phone here…… it’s aggravating trying to research this on the phone. Is this posting character the one you are trying to use? Because if it is, wowhead shows that you haven’t completed any of the quests on this character to begins the class mount quests. Just because you have unlocked the required achievements on another character doesn’t mean you can bypass everything on this character.
Each character attempting to unlock the class mount must complete all of the necessary quests and achievements.
Pretty sure it’s just class order hall questline, which gives you the base, then one is tied to a rare boss drop in broken isles zone, and the other I think is a vendor, but I’m not sure.

Yeah, the vendor is in the class hall, Cadeus, I think he’s called.
Calydus sells one for supplies. And the purple one is from lord… hel, nurath? To get ur mount after u do base class campaign return to the broken shore and do the class quests there
