The Nether Precision conduit is not correctly proccing on the consumption of a clearcasting proc.
It was correctly proccing roughly two weeks ago

I just equipped this Conduit today, looking to see how its tracked… I did not see aura or buff on my character after consuming clearcasting proc. --decided to come to the forums and yup , looks like others are experiencing same problem …lol
After removing the PVP talent 'Arcane Empowerment" …Nether Precision finally procs when consuming clearcasting… Hopefully this is not intended and Nether Precision procs with the PVP talent ‘Arcane Empowerment’.
Wow! You’re right. If i remove arcane empowerment the conduit functions but with that pvp talent activated, the conduit is disabled. Hopefully we see a fix in the coming weeks.
Can confirm that removing the Arcane Empowerment pvp talent makes the conduit work properly
