Is anyone else having the issue of CC AM only giving 1 NP charge? It is happening quite often for me. Also running into a bug where Evocate isn’t giving an Arcane Charge.
Only happens in outdoor zones for me.
It happens sometimes but is more prevalent when I have very high Haste like when double lusting.
