Since it is warmode only and Dragon Isles only, I would check Valdrakken or one of the other vendors in that expansion.
it says it “cannot be used in dragon isles” now
You can dismount people in the air by doing a barrel-roll through them.
The barrel-roll also allows you to escape nets cast at you, I think I only ever actually got caught once.
It’s not as useful as it first appears.
Maybe that’s why I haven’t seen a replacement.
Sorry, about that was looking at two things at once and mixed them a bit. Looking at WoWhead, looks like there is a quest that leads to them and not just vendors. Did you complete that already?
