I know there was already a post on it but Nesingwary’s cart needs to be hot fixed where it can’t be entered with war mode on or something like that. The fact you can be in a losing fight and just jump on the cart to get away and be safe kind of removes the point of war mode. That or remove bounties when you jump into the cart.
Bounties need some attention. Like 90% of the time they just log out or take a queue to deny anyone a kill.
If someone got on the cart though, I would just fly above it and wait til they hopped off.
There are some carts that they can jump on and off indefinitely and some of the classes can easily manipulate it so that they heal up, get CDs back while doing that as a bounty, etc.
It probably should not allow bounties to get onto those things.
