Blue quality trinket wasn’t spawning orbs, figured it was rep locked. Bought the epic version and tooltip says two orbs spawn, but they don’t appear. With or without pheromones inserted.

Ditto. Epic trinket - no orbs.
rank 11 rep, orbs spawn but only exist during the half second animation of “spawning” then fade. Tested by cat dashing around with dots on a dummy.
