At what point in the campaign does it make sense to do the raid??
I understand that no quest in the campaign that leads into the raid and i did get the “to kill a queen” quest
But i don’t really like the idea of doing it now out of nowhere, i feel like there must be a point on the story where it really is like “ok, now go kill the queen”
Anyone can help?
The point in the story is when you get the quest to kill the queen.
Hope this helps.
You dont get a quest to kill queen in the campaign
You get it as an “Important Quest” from the vizier
Are you saying that the raid cinematic isn’t an end to the campaign current?
I think… you get Raid quests when you get to a certain rep level with the Vizier. But you can also pick it up in Dornogal. So it’s confusing and Wowhead only directs people to the latter.
Also Anub’azal
Spoilers
eventually dies in his questline, but you see him in the Raid. Now I’m just even more confused
Like Lillian Voss, he simply got better.
I mean Lillian said she wanted to die alone after her encounter in MoP Scholomance. But she shows up in WoD as a tavern / inn dungeon daily quest giver.
I think the actual answer with Anub’azal is that, story-wise, Ansurek’s death is supposed to happen before you reach that point in the renown track.
what if in last titan the general pops out and hes still injured
and hes a boss but you only fight him at a fraction of his health
then when he dies theres no loot
suddenly planet or void revives him at full health
and suddenly he casts like 3 times faster
and he fights you like in his heydey
and some epic music kicks in
That kinda confused me back in the day. I was like :
“That’s the broad from the new Forsaken intro… OK, I guess that means we beat her to death, that’s sort of morbid and grim… oh wait… she’s around in WoD and then she is all about the Forsaken in BfA… I guess those emotions I had about her dying were worthless. She was just being hysterical and melodramatic when she said she wanted to die alone, I guess?”
