This really felt like a bait and switch. You can no longer get anything in the horrific visions for alts with these items.
Warbound purifying kit made all drops in the visions that were veteran warbound
Enchanted warbound purifying kit made all drops in the visions that were champion warbound.
So instead of just leaving all that alone…they upgraded the gear drops for mask tiers in ilvl which is cool…but they lowered the category to adventurer at max so none of it is now warbound.
I am fine with the idea that the gear not be upgraded in there, and that other means are likely better, but basically throwing away those buffs that were locked behind mask challenges sucks. Feels like a real bait and switch.
It’s not a huge deal or anything, but why not just leave them alone when you had achievements to unlock?
