Rousing air and water used to drop about 2-3 every 5 mobs or so. Now, it’s more like 1 every 20 mobs. Furthermore, the mobs only drop 1 gray item each not even worth 1g so they’re not even worth farming for trash.
At this rate, only a bot army farming 24/7 can get any appreciable items putting the rousing elements market firmly in the control of gold farmers not the average player with limited time to farm.
Prices are already going up as players don’t have time for farming ad infinitum for rousing elements. And gold farmers can sit on the only rousing elements even if they have a hoard. Market cornered.
While players were able to farm rousing at a better drop rate, even if elemental spawn areas seemed overfarmed, the market would have corrected itself. Too much supply and prices would have fallen until players simply buy rather than farm.
It’s only when prices are high that players go farm rousing elements. Now that only gold farming bots have the time to waste, there’s no competition from the average player. It’s buy gold for the high prices or multi-box your own bot army.
