It’s only BIS if you use it perfectly every single time it’s up. Mess up even a little and it’s ranking goes way down. For most people I don’t think this is an actual issue. But what do I know, I’m just an average AOTC Andy.

thats 100% on the nose, so far on logs, no one is using it perfectly
its like bm likes having a powerful two minute trinket to line up with its two cooldown

I genuinely wish it was a talent choice in the spec tree
Trying to manage that trinket’s about the most interesting ability we have, especially given it syncs in so nicely if you make it work.
Not sure how it fits hunter theme and not say druid.
I’d have gone with shaman, but I’m not sure how picking up random slowly floating bubbles fits with anyone’s theme tbh
Still feel like the trinket’s the most interesting bit of the rotation atm

Yea, can also work well for shaman, except for how toxic it would be for anything that’s not enh
