unkillable unless bad, reliably kills in a duel every time, has insane control on top of it who designed this

The most disgusting thing is that a lot of these rogues just have 1-button macros to do their burst and chain cheap shots.

Kidney shot should require being behind the target to make this real.
Cheap shot needs a 1 sec shorter duration
Worst part is even if they’re bad, it’s only a matter of time before they get a kill. If you’re off DR then they have a go and kill potential.
