What crit for what? So i can tell you how the changes will resolve that for you.
Yeah the damage changes aren’t going to be that impactful. Its the defensives ones that are more interesting as people won’t ignore Rets as much now.
Tbh i’m more looking forward to the Rsham nerfs coupled with the Pres buffs.
Lost a lot of games where 10-12%ish healing would had made a difference this week end.

ret changes don’t change much
i think the only real cope is that a large enough pool of stupid people think this is enough to make playing without a ret viable and we see more diversity through that alone
at this point pre 10.1 ret prob needs wake and fv damage reduced a little and it would just be overpowered instead of in its own tier

Toolkit is fine, its the same it ever was, healing is just too high compared to other specs and their fixing it so all good. Its just jarring when playing Pres (and i imagine Hpal players feel it too).
WoW arena is momentum based, when playing with the same 2 players as the enemy rsham was but feeling like they can’t establish any momentum when playing with you simply because your healing just isn’t enough to allow them to play aggressively feels completely awful. And yeah a 10% raw HPS gap is more than enough to cause that.
LOL 7 different Ret immediately come to the defense of their class.
@OP Just give rets a break, apparently they have never been good in WoW PvP until 10.0.7… Haven’t you been reading the forums?

I have no doubt if I complained about my burst you would say something like “waiting until your target’s defensive is on CD will do the trick”.
Imagine using a defensive then someone bursts when your defensive is down. OMG!! What a revelation!

Even with tanks I dont hit that high and thats like a 30% damage increase lol.
