hunters never asked for kings buff. I Hate feeling forced to used this rune in groups and think while we on the nerf hunter phase we should reduce the buff to 1% so everyone happy hunters got a nerf and i can swap to a different rune
Nerf wild strikes… Ferals never asked for an incredible melee buff that makes groups seek us out. Wild strikes has made us very valued and a popular class to bring to raids…

Same here, I hate that they gave us lion. It’s a thoughtless buff that we always have to take unless there’s another hunter in the group. Other options need to be competitive with it
“Hey guys, since the last patch, wearing Lions is really going to hurt my dps, is it cool if I run Marks Rune?”

you just dumb. Lion is the only thing we have left. 20% self boost to stats is way better than anything we can currently use in that slot
On my hunter this is an amazingly good rune, if it was just equivalent to Kings then your losing out and there is a bigger argument to be made, but you basically get 2x Kings as a hunter which is nice. Honestly, I strongly expect that few if any raids will have Paladins do Kings going forward, as most hunters want this buff for the 10% extra stats.

They have to buff mm more
With lion + bm you have almost the dmg out out with a lot more hp in trade of little crit chance lost compared to mm.
It’s just too good to be missed
