Fully agree here, as much as they have done to try and solve some of the problems, there is more that could be done. First, a 2h runeforge that combines Fallen Crusader and Razor Ice, I know there is a talent that applies the Razor Ice effect, but that’s dependent on Rime procs. Make it a 2h only Runeforge like Stoneskin Gargoyle.
Also, decouple the frost damage of Obliterate from KM procs and if it’s too powerful, give Obliterate a partial frost damage baseline if not full frost damage. It feels horrible to use Obliterate outside KM procs.
Those 2 changes could make 2h Frost at least more fun.
As for DW, I honestly think there needs to be a viable option outside BoS for those that don’t enjoy it.

You definitely nailed it with all of this. Obliterate not doing frost damage base blows my mind and it makes no sense at all.
2H Frost DK’s are extremely powerful during their pillar windows and can pump amazing damage but in the current M+ landscape with all the movement it’s just not a feasible thing.
Buffing their damage profile outside of pillar windows and adjusting the pillar window damage accordingly and giving frost DK’s another charge of death and decay would do quite a bit to help the class IMO.

I miss when Howling blast actually did damage…
I do just fine as DW Obliteration 
infact, early in the season when all I was getting were 2h drops they always simmed as a DPS loss in comparison to the lower ilvl 1hs I had equipped at the time.
OP too one to many blows to the head wanting to nerf one of the worst pvp melee lol
Honestly when it comes to DnD, would rather they bake the cleave mechanic of it into Remorseless Winter.
Sorry, wasn’t sure how DW Obliterate was doing, play mainly 2h and see several complaints in the DK forums about BoS, so was just figuring DW Obliterate wasn’t that good.

that’d make too much sense for Blizzard. they seem hell bent on DnD factoring into all DK’s specs cleave.

when i win in pvp, it’s because of my superior play and skill
when i lose, it’s because the other spec is op and needs to be nerfed
BoS might perform slightly better for DW, I haven’t tested it myself because I hated BoS when I briefly tried it in Legion, but I’ve found that the community tends to greatly exaggerate performance differences.
