If you kick a shadow priest(who actually has to cast often) they are dead to rights in that 5 second window. No disperse or swap, they can use Angelic bulwark or whatever that spell is called, but that’s good for about a global. They also have terrible mobility, probably the worst of any caster in the game.
If you kick an ele sham (let’s pretend there is anything to kick like they actually cast) they have defensives to use on other schools of magic.
I literally hate seeing an ele sham in shuffle, either on my ww monk or rogue. I keep telling my teammates it’s bait to go them, but they want to train them down in an attempt to stopping their damage like they are a caster. Unreal defensives with crazy instant damage
