I mean it is what it is, don’t blame the game blame the monkeys with self awareness who rip the soul out of the game every time they play it!
Stop putting that on no changes. We want a hard game like everyone else. Stop acting like there haven’t been a ton of changes made to the game already. Don’t like how easy it is? Blame the player base for trivializing it.
Incorrect. A completely unrealistic setup where a warrior has both Hwl weapons along with Rejuv Gem, Crystal crown, PEB etc still only puts you at less than 1300. My priest is basically BIS and is still just over 1200. Throwing out a number like 1691 shows you have no idea wtf you’re talking about. And no warrior is getting crown or rejuv unless their guild has insane luck.
A lot of that healing will be over healing which generates 0 threat. And anyone but a tank popping flask is using it sub optimally for dps unless the fight is less than a minute long.
Shows what you know. Although you were right about one thing. My math is off. The top +healing diamond flask set for Phase 5 is +2045. Guess that is what I get for posting before bed.
See, you don’t use a Rejuv gem. You use a Hibernation Crystal. You also have a Mage cast Aplify Magic (with 2/2 Magic Attunement) on ya. Then a Priest casts Power Infusion. Then you pop diamond flask, then swap into tank gear and cancel AM and charge in. Simple stuff really.
Already been discussed. Try and keep up.
Huge lolz. Right.
You are absolutely wrong.
There was a long time in vanilla where nobody had addons.
I am absolutely not wrong, addons existed in early vanilla and vast majority of raiders used them. Even for Garr there was an addon for managing warlock targets. Decursive was mainstream, damage meters were super common.
At this point I am thinking you barely played vanilla and probably never stepped in MC.
I was using addons since Beta so… you’re wrong
Oh you’re Faerlina huh. /wave
The average player didnt have dps meters until later. Which is what we were talking about.
Eh, maybe. Most everyone I know had them, I remember first being annoyed at people linking them literally in deadlines. And you said “nobody used addons.”
There was a long period of time where people were like. Link the meters. Why would they do that if they had them themselves. They didnt.
That was a poor use of words on my part. Because I meant the hyperbolic nobody. Not literal.
Yea. But if meter usage was widespread enough that people knew to ask for them to be linked… that would seem to indicate they were… pretty widely used correct?
I fail to understand the logic, if in a party someone was asking meters to be linked while being sure that someone else had them, it makes them common anyway. I think your argument is inconsistent.
I think were are talking about timing. I dont think as many people as you think were using dps addons. Maybe it was just where I played or where you played. For sure not like in classic. Especially at the start. I guess it doesnt matter.
I would also guess you as classic players that are on the forum, were more on the ball than the majority of vanilla players.
I mean there was a whole no addons crowd because that wanst the vanilla experience.
I guess that might have been more for the lfg now that I think about it.
With blizzard fixing bugs that existed in Vanilla, you can rest assure that it will eventually be fixed
I was giving an example of in combat. If u wanna get technical with it. Equipping a full heal set popping flask then swapping into full gear your getting a TON more. It scales 1500% with +healing. So that’s 100% scale per tick… Clearly it is completely broken. Iv seen warriors with +800 and more healing sets for D flask. It’s obnoxious and completely trivializes bosses especially when u can just burn it down within a min.
