Nerf all burst cooldowns by 20% in pvp

Add a double pvp trinket bonus: Increases all damage done by 12% (while engaged in pvp combat).

Game pace fixed? PvE trinkets dealt with? Mongo one shots toned down? Just brainstorming here.

Edit :I don’t know why I even posted this, you probably can’t do this kind of tuning via trinkets : D.

Just let people equip two maeldicts and have them not share a CD. No one would want to use a PvE trinket then. Problem solved.

Burst is already low in pvp… holy. There is a reason you don’t see thug and php much these days. Burst is garbage for most comps.

I like the idea of adding a set bonus to PvP trinkets or just PvP gear in general. But nerfing burst in this meta is the worst idea. The game right now is all about sustained damage and passive self healing, we need to move away from that.
