Killed Hogger Week 1, got his shard.
Killed Gamon week 2, got his shard.
Went to combine them for the mask, Shard from week one is missing from my inventory.

I placed a ticket in-game, we’ll see if anything happens.

Same thing, did a ticket, responded like 4 times, and at the end they gave me a link to this forum thread, if that gives you any idea of the response I got.

I combined the shards and saw the quest. Quest window went away and when I went to turn in, there was no question mark at the mask and no shards in my bags.

Looted the shard before reset and it disappeared I guess.
Curious, have you checked any other characters you might have done the visions on? To see if the shard is on a different character? That won’t fix you up and still have an issue but might be the issue.

Having the same issue here. It looks like the Gamon one might have overwritten the Hogger one in my bags.
Definitely was on the character I killed Hogger with as I’ve only been doing the visions on one characters.
Banklers, I have only done the HV on one character.
This is the original poster by the way. Finally able to switch out the random unplayed level 14 alt of an alt.
Good to know I’m not the only one… better luck next week I guess.
Same problem, killed Hogger first, when I killed Gamon I only had one shard in my bag. Turned in a ticket, was basically told too bad so sad check the forums. Waited a week to kill Hogger again, did and guess what the game told me that I can only have one of these items and the Gamon Shard has disappeared as well. So they are ghosts in my inventory, I can’t click on them but I can’t loot more.
Three months too late for most people, but had this same issue, then realized they were in my warband bank, as they are now account-wide. (I use the big button to just dump everything in there.)
So check your warband bank
