Does anyone know if these quests are bugged. Trying to finish off Dwarfstalker on the character that started it. She is level 50 and was killing a level 50 in open world Draenor. Neither one was in a group.
Are there any requirement outside of what’s listed in the quest? I submitted a ticket and got no answer beyond submit a big report. Which I will do

it still works for me, working on deathstalker and get credit in ashrans (lvl 60 ofc)

However, my concern is the achievement specifies Draenor only and not Ashran. It used to work in open world Draenor content and now it doesn’t.

It absolutely helps! And I thank you for that. I did it on both level 50 and level 60 against the same level.
A report to Blizzard said submit a bug report and nothing else. So I don’t know if this is the new normal and the text wasn’t updated or if it’s bugged. And if it gets changed or fixed, I don’t that either.
Knowing it works at least in Ashran gives me options but I was holding a small hope that someone had something I could do to resolve this in open world Draenor. Ah well.
a lvl50 kill on a lvl60 is grey, doesn’t count as a HK
generally, assume HK’s require max lvl-on-max lvl violence
Sorry. I meant 50 on 50 and 60 on 60. I have 2 different characters I tried it on.
The level 50 is the one that started the quests initially so I knew she was on the right path and not missing anything. She could previously kill players in open world Draenor. It was way before BFA.
When it didn’t work anymore, I started on my level 60, assuming it was a max level thing and it still didn’t work.
So I don’t know if it’s a bug or it was changed to only Ashran. If it’s only Ashran, then I’ve got a long grind ahead for Dwarves and Gnomes. Lol.
