I ran the Dread Pit delve on tier 10 and only 3 of the 4 Nemesis mobs spawned. I searched every corner of the delve multiple times, and the final Nemesis mob was nowhere to be found. Very frustrating since I lost out on 31k Brann XP because I couldn’t fully upgrade the Nemesis chest.

I just did a tier 11 Dread Pit Full clear (triple checked) stuck 3/4 Nemesis mobs. Only chest left to click.
Same issue just now doing a T8. Only 2 of the 3 spawned after triple checking the whole instance.

I had the same thing happen yesterday in an 11 Underkeep. It was the destroy blood containers story. Kind of a let down to not get the full bonus due to the 4th pack not being anywhere I could find it.

Just had the same thing happen in a T9 - we searched everywhere 3 times. I even spammed some AOE in case they were stuck in a wall, but they just weren’t there.
I’ve had missing groups in Spiral Weave and Dreadpit now on 11’s. I searched all over for them.
i’m in a T11 Underkeep as i type this and it’s the same as you indicate in your post. 1/4 Nemesis strong groups remaining, but i’ve returned to the beginning just to check to see if any other door opens. But, no, the dungeon is clear of mobs, and still one group remains for full credit on nemsis strongbox.

Same thing for me today in a T10 skittering breech. Cannot find the 4th set of mobs anywhere. Even ran around the final boss and searched around the building and any little paths around his platform and back to the beginning…nothing. Super frustrating
Edit…i happened to hover over a ballista and saw i could hop on it and was launched to a platform and there they were.
Of course it could be totally anecdotal coincidence but notice the delves mentioned above: Dread Pit, Underkeep, Spiral Weave. Aren’t they all Nerubian ones? (not counting SB since that was resolved)
I encountered this today as well in The Dread Pit T11. Hoping for a fix soon.

Just happened to me in T11 Tak-Rethan Abyss. I see the gold mound and the dead but no Nenesis group…sucks cause it right close to the Nemesis group I was just fighting too.
just had this happen to me in The Sinkhole 8. cleared the entire delve, doubled back twice, couldn’t find the last underpin ally mob group.
edit: there were no more gold piles

Also here in Sinkhole (11), only 3/4 enemy groups accounted for.

I know where it is in Sinkhole; they spawn underneath the ground and you cannot target them. But my Brann clipped himself through the floor and DID pull the pack. They reset & evaded when I saw them and went right back underground.
The spot is a little bit past halfway down, just after the second shark.
